Su carrera abarca desde ventas internas y externas, hasta cargos estrat\u00e9gicos como gerente de territorio para M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina, as\u00ed como directora general, siempre guiada por un enfoque orientado a resultados, servicio al cliente y trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n

A lo largo de su carrera, ha liderado e implementado proyectos exitosos para empresas de clase mundial como FEMSA, Bayer, Mondel\u00e9z, entre otras, aportando soluciones dise\u00f1adas a medida que optimizan la eficiencia operativa y el uso del espacio. Kevin fue uno de los fundadores originales de 3D Storage Systems, empresa incorporada en 1992. Su experiencia previa en ventas territoriales para una importante empresa de racks le dio un s\u00f3lido entendimiento de las necesidades de soporte de nuestros distribuidores. Kevin fue Vicepresidente de Ventas hasta 2008, cuando asumi\u00f3 el cargo de Presidente.<\/p>\n

Mike fue el primer empleado de 3D y ha estado enfocado en la producci\u00f3n desde el inicio. Se convirti\u00f3 en socio y copropietario en 1999. En 2003, ayud\u00f3 a dise\u00f1ar nuestra nueva planta de 50,000 pies cuadrados y asumi\u00f3 el rol de gerente de producci\u00f3n en 2006. Con la incorporaci\u00f3n de robots de soldadura de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, incluyendo equipos con m\u00e1s de 6 metros de desplazamiento, Mike ha garantizado mantener la calidad mientras aumentamos la capacidad de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Mike se uni\u00f3 a 3D en 2007 tras completar un diploma en Ventas y Marketing. A medida que fue adquiriendo experiencia, pas\u00f3 de ventas internas y dise\u00f1o a ventas externas, hasta su cargo actual gestionando las ventas de nuestros productos de Pushback, Pallet Flow y Carton Flow en todos los mercados. En 2020, fue incorporado al equipo de socios como reconocimiento a su contribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Alicia ha trabajado en contabilidad desde 2003 y fund\u00f3 su propia empresa de contabilidad en 2006. En 2012 empez\u00f3 a colaborar con 3D a medio tiempo y se uni\u00f3 de forma permanente en 2018. En 2020 pas\u00f3 a formar parte del equipo de propietarios y actualmente se encarga de todos los aspectos contables y administrativos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Chris se uni\u00f3 a 3D en julio de 2019 para establecer nuestra nueva planta de producci\u00f3n en las afueras de Atlanta, Georgia. Anteriormente fue Gerente General en una empresa fabricante de equipos para la industria papelera, y cuenta con una s\u00f3lida experiencia en adquisiciones, control de producci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n, desarrollo de ERP y log\u00edstica. Con una Maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas y una Licenciatura en Ingenier\u00eda Civil, Chris est\u00e1 bien preparado para enfrentar los retos de iniciar una nueva planta de manufactura.<\/p>\n
