{"id":1378,"date":"2019-05-01T07:43:26","date_gmt":"2019-05-01T07:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3dstorage.flywheelsites.com\/?p=1378"},"modified":"2023-02-21T13:28:39","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T13:28:39","slug":"pushback-system-with-low-install-cost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.3dstoragesystems.com\/pushback-system-with-low-install-cost\/","title":{"rendered":"Pushback Rack System With A Low Installation Cost"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When we came up with the design for the first ever low profile&nbsp;<a href=\"\/pushback-racking-basics\">push back system<\/a>&nbsp;back in 1992, one thing we wanted to do was make it easy and foolproof to install. &nbsp;We made sure there were no in the field measurements required and no \u201cadjustable\u201d components that could be installed incorrectly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\">Contact Us<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here are some of the things we do differently than our competitors:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our&nbsp;<a href=\"\/pushback-racking-basics\">push back rack wheels<\/a>&nbsp;are assembled on the carts at the factory \u2013 not shipped loose. &nbsp;This means that the installers don\u2019t have to mess with nuts, bolts, washers and wheels on the job site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our rails come equipped with threaded studs that bolt to welded cleats on the front and rear beams. &nbsp;Simply drop each rail into place and affix 4 flange nuts and the lane is ready for carts. &nbsp;There are no requirements for intermediate beam attachment and there are no unwieldy welded rail frames to handle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are no extraneous parts to bolt on \u2013 no latches, no pallet stops and no rubber bumpers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unlike some of our competitors there is no need for adjustment in wheel spacing on the carts with the addition of washers \u2013 our carts are ready to go and the wheels have 1\u201d of running surface that are not susceptible to minor variations in rail gauge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All these factors make a 3D&nbsp;<a href=\"\/pushback-racking-basics\">pushback racking system<\/a>&nbsp;quick and easy to install.
